During a sound massage, singing bowls are placed around and on your body — both on the front and the back — in a specific sequence depending on the type of massage you choose. The goal is to immerse you in a spacious, sensory experience where the vibrations of the singing bowls flow through your body and may help release blockages. Meanwhile, my assistant provides a continuous sound bath in the background to support the atmosphere and deepen the experience. If you suffer from physical complaints such as frequent headaches, poor sleep, joint pain, or back and neck discomfort, I will pay special attention to those areas during the treatment. Sound bowl sessions are primarily aimed at deep relaxation. Relaxation creates the space needed to reduce fatigue or stress-related symptoms. That’s why the effects of the treatment can vary — from a sense of physical tiredness to a surge in energy. The impact may last from several hours up to one or two days.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or date changes must be communicated at least 72 hours in advance. For cancellations made less than 72 hours before the appointment, 50% of the agreed cost will be charged. For rescheduling less than 72 hours in advance, a 20% rescheduling fee applies.
