Fully unwind during this sound journey. While lying down, let yourself be carried by the sounds and vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, wind chimes, tingshas, and other ethnic instruments. During the sound bath, you’ll also receive personal attention with singing bowls placed directly on the body, enhancing the relaxation process. Sound has the power to evoke memories and to help you release what no longer serves you. The body naturally allows the vibrations to flow deeply where they are most needed. This can help dissolve blockages and create a sense of relief or lightness. This sound concert takes place at Samsara’s home — either in the tent (during summer) or in a warm, cozy indoor space.
